Academic Terms & Conditions

These Academic Terms apply to all learners enrolling with Narapatih Institute (“the Institute”). By enrolling in any programme, learners agree to comply with these Academic Terms in addition to any general terms and conditions issued by the Institute.

Narapatih Institute is an independent education provider. Where programmes lead to an external qualification (such as those awarded by the Association of Business Executives (ABE)), delivery and assessment are conducted in accordance with the relevant qualification specifications.

Programme Delivery

Programmes are delivered through a combination of teaching methods as outlined in the programme information provided at enrolment. Delivery modes may include online learning, face-to-face workshops, or blended learning formats.

The Institute reserves the right to make reasonable changes to delivery methods, schedules, or tutors where necessary, provided that learning outcomes and academic standards are maintained.

Assessment and Progression

Assessment requirements are determined by the relevant qualification specification and may include examinations, assignments, or other approved assessment methods.

Learners are responsible for understanding assessment requirements, submission deadlines, and examination regulations as communicated by the Institute and/or the awarding body.

Progression and achievement of qualifications are subject to successful completion of all required assessments and compliance with academic regulations.

Attendance and Engagement

Learners are expected to engage actively with their programme of study, including attending scheduled sessions where applicable and completing required learning activities.

Failure to maintain appropriate engagement may impact academic progress and eligibility for assessment.

Academic Integrity

Learners are expected to uphold high standards of academic integrity. Plagiarism, cheating, collusion, or any form of academic misconduct will be dealt with in accordance with the Institute’s academic policies and, where applicable, the awarding body’s regulations.

Proven academic misconduct may result in penalties, including failure of assessment or removal from the programme.

Certification

Certificates are awarded by the relevant awarding body upon successful completion of all required assessments. Narapatih Institute does not issue external qualification certificates on behalf of the awarding body.

Certification timelines are subject to awarding body processes and cannot be guaranteed by the Institute.

Fees and Refunds

Programme fees, payment schedules, and refund policies are communicated separately at the point of enrolment. Learners are responsible for ensuring that all fees are paid in accordance with the agreed terms.

Changes and Withdrawals

Learners who wish to withdraw from a programme must notify the Institute in writing. Withdrawal may affect eligibility for assessment, certification, or refunds, in accordance with the Institute’s policies.

Limitation of Guarantees

Completion of a programme or qualification does not guarantee employment, promotion, or specific career outcomes. Academic awards are granted based solely on assessment performance.
